CANCELLATIONS

Entry fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and entries are NON-TRANSFERABLE. Sorry, no exceptions. Once we receive and accept your entry, you will not receive a refund if you cannot participate. You may not give or sell your number to anyone else, and we do not allow you to transfer your application to the following year.  

CHANGING OF RACES

The changing of races is allowed until March 21, 2010 pending availability.  After March 21, 2010, a $15.00 service fee is required on ALL changes.  No refunds will be issued.  If you plan to transfer up to the Half Marathon or 20 Mile Challenge you will be required to pay the difference in price between the time you registered and the current race price.
